is a dream come true of a visionary. It started in 1986 as a small household business by Mr. Ravindra Prabhudesai and his father Mr. Vamanrao Prabhudesai.
Their extreme hard work over the years has now blossomed into the Pitambari Group of Companies. Today Company is a leading manufacturing
and marketing company with flagship brand Pitambari Powder.
 The Company has 5 manufacturing units located at different sites, having very good infrastructure,
work environment and
all necessary resources.
Pitambari Group today promotes 11 products under 2 divisions -
Homecare and Healthcare.
The total manpower today is around 450, who are technically competent
and trained personnel at all levels.
These products are manufactured by an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.
The Company's mission is to provide innovative and useful products at affordable rates to consumer and
earns
reasonable returns to satisfy share holders.
Company's strong marketing network in 19 states of India, assures availability
of pitambari products to nearly three million satisfied customers.
The Company has it's own R&D center having latest modern instruments,
equipments and technology.
All the manufacturing units of Pitambari Products Pvt. Ltd., with the exception of Baddi and Angaon have been awarded ISO 9001: 2000 certificate by DNV.
This Quality Manual (QM) is prepared with following purposes:
To define scope of QMS in operation at M/s. PPPL at Central Planning Office, Angaon plant, R & D Centre, Ganapatipada & Vadodara and Salem units and Baddi plant .
To include the documented procedures, as per ISO 9001:2000 and give preference to flow charts and other documents established for effective planning, operation and control of processes of QMS.
To describe the sequence, criteria and methods for effective operation and interaction between the processes of QMS.
To document Quality Policy and Quality Objectives of M/s. PPPL at their manufacturing units and R & D Centre.
To adequately describe the QMS deployed to implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
To serve as reference manual for all concerned.
